It been a long time since Maxxy has done much. I’d have him as a depth player now.

Head knock: Travis's career-best innings seals T20I clean sweep of Proteas

When Marshy averaged over 180 at a 200 strike rate, I can’t see how Abbott is “unlucky” to miss Man of the Series.

He bowled well, though.

Does anyone want this rubbish? Really, I get that crap sports need it but AFL doesn’t; it just intrudes on the day.

AFL News: Giants fail to overturn goalsneak's ban, Cats premiership coach to present 2023 cup

It’s been a while. I just think we have many that are better and the pay-off is a richer test performance from Smith.

Mitch craft: Marsh continues incredible start to T20 captaincy career as Aussies double down on Proteas

Usually when that state keeps winning everything.

I’d be leaving Smith out of all white ball stuff. He often slows momentum when he’s at the crease.

Mitch craft! I like it. It has to be one word though…

If Bazball can stick, Mitchcraft ought to.

Everyone can do with a 190cm fast, skilled utility…already having an impact at Peel in his few league games. He’ll be taken late first, early second. WC will be eyeing SofDerek very closely.

The Eagles' first Pick 1 this century is worth more than anything they could trade it for - here's why

If every team’s bowlers bowl at 5.27, they win every game.

Freo has no need of him. Our first pick is 19. Hopefully, Clay Hall.

Both are outstanding. Agar tighter even. That’s the point.

You just complained about people wanting to get rid of Stoinis then you do the same regarding Agar.

You just play favourites.

You just complained about me being too positive. You need to remember what you write from post to post.

Hardly anyone really talks about tanking.

The AFL has more pressing issues to worry about than tanking - so let's stop talking about it

That’s not his role. His role is to control the scoring. That doesn’t hold him back at all.

Who cares what you ever or never did. You are a negative force on this site.

They’ve done plenty of that. Finals 2022, youngest team in the comp 2023. Got back into a run when Fyfe returned. The run stopped when Darcy and Fyfe finished their season.

Add their experience and the class of Chapman next season and another pre-season to the kids, Freo has no worries.

That’s why silly trolls like your comment never work. Those who follow footy, instead of just barrack against teams, can see what’s happening. Your comment just gives me a forum to inform people.

Leave who? Curtin or Reid?

Freo finished too high on the ladder to be in conversation for those two. Freo is way happier with Jackson anyway.

My brother lived in Augusta for 15 years and my dog loves the river mouth at Colour Patch, especially when the seaweeds in.

You’d love Mitch Edwards. Have you seen him?

Both Williams boys will have long and strong careers at WC; especially Jack. He has much to offer, not as a fill in ruck but as a full on key forward.

He was neck and neck with Amiss and Van Rooyen in his draft year.

Great gotcha for press commentary on this. We’ll done. 👍

He bowled at 132kph – 138kph in this game, without moving it and too short.

Fresh faces get first crack to impress in Australia T20 side's new era with Marsh at the helm

For that reason, it has great meaning. I’m not inspired by watching NSW represent Australia. This series allows us to watch form players in Australia who have earned selection.

Don’t need the private purple jet. Bonza Airlines are purple already.
Mind you, I’m meditating on your scenario…might have to dip into the super… 😁

Sturt, Serong, Darcy, Schultz, Brayshaw, Aish, Ryan, Brodie, Emmett, Pearce, Young, Frederick, Wagner, Treacy, Cox, Switta, Worner are all from the east and have all extended and are staying. A player leaves for more money and it seems people think a club is being abandoned.

Henry, Logue, Acres, Lobb, Tucker all had opportunities to earn money Freo wasn’t prepared to pay. Henry was a terrific replacement for Acres. It was really only Logue we missed and that was more for his clubman ethic. Henry has that quality too but good on them for drawing those offers and opportunities. Freo has ready replacements because they have managed the list so well. They have a terrific retention rate.

Agar has to play. He is our best performed spinner…particularly with economy. Zampa and Sangha with the bat and in the field would be an issue.

By the way, I stayed up to watch the game. Sangha did not bowl all that well. The stumping was off a great ball but the clean bowled was against a non-batsman and the other two were really bad balls. Some horrible half-trackers. He’s not ready yet to go past Agar, Lyon, Murphy, Kuhnemann. Certainly, for team balance, Agar’s bowling, fielding and batting is very important, especially his batting in 50 over games. Not as necessary in T20 because he is unlikely to be needed. His bowling and fielding is needed there, though.
