I am expecting the Broncs to lose. Our record is too horrid to overcome in a final.

Please prove me wrong Broncs

Can Bazball show the rest of the NRL finalists how to beat the Panthers?

“Gabbatoir”

Stop calling it that. Only Poms call it that. No one here calls it that

Why every finals team can win the 2023 AFL premiership... and why they can't

History would suggest the Broncs Storm game is an easy pick. Storm should start massive favourites.

Finals Week 1 Teams: Several stars racing the clock to be fit for playoffs, Kris crossed out with lengthy spear tackle ban

Broncs love to shift it early and deep in their own half, very much in Kevie’s image. With Haas offloading this season and Carrigan being the player he is the Broncs have the game to beat Penrith. Just have to withstand the defensive pressure when they ramp it up.

Payton has a lot of work to do.

Like us you need a young half to force Payten to give them the 7. Need some outside backs as well

Round 27 Talking Points: And then there were eight - the key factors that will make or break finals hopes

Picking both of South’s hookers was over the top as well. Sailor and Mozer were big losses for us

I like your confidence. My take all year is this is one year too early to win the thing. Winning a finals game will be a big year for us given what has happened in the last few years.

NRL Week 1 finals match-ups: Playoff fixtures LOCKED IN

I can’t see us winning this week. I think we lose this week, win week 2 then probably bow out week three. Maybe we can do enough by week three to have a real crack at the Panthers

“Well yes, you dislike and distrust people from another jurisdiction – it shines through in most things you post. Ergo, xenophobic.”
P off. You have no clue
I do not care why you support your team btw. It is insulting to suggest someone else’s support is not justified based on your own ignorance. I support teams from my area, where I grew up, you support them because of the colours and you have the hide to judge me.
You are prebaby also not aware that the QRL was going to bring a team into the NSWRL anyway so the Broncs just got the bid. I still support Souths, I just know they are not going to play in the NRL. There is no reason why Sydney teams should be immune from that same outcome.

Round 27 Team Lists Late Mail: Manu hamstrung, long list of stars resting, Papa's year over, Ponga races clock for finals

Not saying you did, I have just seen that stated as a fact by many online media and wannabe media tuoes

Lack of care factor over NRL minor premiership is embarrassing but almost impossible to solve perennial problem

Why do people keep saying the Broncs won the minor premiership in 93. We finished 5th that year from memory

I am still trying to work out how Piakura was put on report for the second one. Tackle off the ball was a penalty but there was nothing else illegal about it. I only saw a quick replay of the first one but my initial reaction was there was nothing there. I didn’t see the third one. I am not surprised he got off

NRL News: Origin camps to slim down? Fittler 'has energy' for NSW gig, Bronco's lucky escape, Bulldog considers legal action

We have had players celebrated for sitting out Origin two years in a row now we get the trimming of camp.

Bit by bit…

It will end up like the NFL where there are only set periods you are allowed to train, can only talk to coaches for certain periods.

We were really poor to me. We had a forward pack of all regular first team players and they got over run for most of the game by a reserve grade Storm pack, before the results of the two hooker bench nonsense. Out forward pack was not Q Cup standard as many were painting before the game. Our backs had a lot of NRL experience as well. That was a terrible performance.

Sailor played well but getting put into touch when he did was a horrible error that wont fly with the coaches. Kevie even called out mistakes like that. The handle was terrible at times. I was so frustrated we let their winger offload in the middle of the field for the third try. The forwards there should not be letting that happen.

Madden was shocking to me, Rodgers serviceable. Of the backline on Hoeter stood out to me and maybe Sailor. Mozer looked good early on.

I am very worried out forward pack will now go into the slide we say last season based on getting beaten by a weaker pack in this game. I am outright sick of losing to Melbourne. I am over it.

ANALYSIS: Broncos minor premiership stalls as Storm streak hits 14 in a row - with rookie Fa'alogo stealing the show

xenophobic 😂 😂 😂 😂

Questioning the Sydney centric nature of the NRL is hardly xenophobia.

There was probably half a million NRL fans who did not like the Broncs when they came in and still don’t for your stated reason. Some now support the cows, some Redcliffe some no NRL team.

For others the idea of beating NSW every week was a driving force. What you don’t understand is all the history of the NRL. The Broncos didn’t destroy my team, the Raiders did that. Also there was the Combined Brisbane team which was a big deal, they showed what a Brisbane team would look like. That team was massive in the history of the Broncos. For those reasons, as a kid, I started following the Broncos.

Now you justify why you follow your team

Good. Him Mookie and JBJ were fantastic at Boston. I stopped watching once the Red Sox sold the entire roster within years of winning it. Utter uselessness

NRL week 27 preview talking points: Although we've come to the end of the road… still, I can't let go

Season 3 is terrible. Terrible. Watch Vikings, Black Sails or for a laugh the Norsemen. Even the Last Kingdom is decent. There has not been a good or even passable outright fantasy series since Game of Thrones

Good high bar to set yourself. Redcliffe, the Titans and maybe the cows not making the finals doesn’t wound me like you think it does.

They are all finishing above the rabble you support right now. All of them.
