At least it’s better than what it was when Brisbane had to play in Melbourne in 04 when they’d earned a home final but spot on its a farce really. Dam I mean you’ve got collingwood v Melbourne that stay home and Sydney and gws that travel but from nsw to Vic and back surely it would of made more sense for Port v Brisbane to be on the Thursday or Friday night. Once again it all comes down to the mighty dollar doesn’t it. Weirdly enough I’d almost prefer Port to do it the hard way if we’re going to do it, I think another week off if we won, gives us too much time to start drinking our own bath water.lol.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind kiss bit surely couldn’t of we found an Australian group or artist. I know hip hop is everybodys cup of tea but the Hill Top Hoods would be amazing and even those that don’t like hip hop would know some of there songs. I mean that’s ine example but how many bands and artists do we have in Australia that are known around the world.

It’s ridiculous to be honest, I thought we had this stuff sorted by now but obviously not. Silly question but is Sydney or Melbourne AP closed at 10-10.30. I’m not sure why either gws or Sydney couldn’t fly back from Melbourne sat night if they played then.

So still can’t work out why Brisbane (2) and Port (3) are playing the last game of the weekend, so whoever loses gets a shorter break than those that win the elimination final plus from what I’ve heard Port will be stuck in QLD for the night and won’t fly home till Sunday. So much for getting an advantage for finishing higher than 5,6,7 and 8.

Not to take anything away from your boys as you played exceptionally well but we did have 6 changes and two of those the day of the game i think it was.

Congrats to all that made it and especially Conner, Zak and Houston. Been the difference this year take those 3 boys out and we would be in a world of hurt. With a full pre season behind him JHF should be pushing for next year as well just needs to go from 15 to 20 disposals to 25 to 30 and we’ll be set. “Hopefully”. 😂

Who said anything about not celebrating, its just you should actually watch the umpire and make sure he signals a goal before you go running off to the crowd to celebrate. Would make sense to me, no point celebrating when the umpire has called a point whether it’s right or wrong. Pretty simple really.

So why has po t and Brisbane got the last game of the round on Saturday night I thiugh top 4 teams were suppose to play the two earlier games so they were guaranteed a 7 day break and a slight advantage of the bottom 4 of the 8.?
Congrats again to Port a bloody good finish considering again very very few people had is making the 8 let alone top 4. Still personally think were more likely top 5 to 8 rather than top 4 but hey I’ll take it.lol.

Yep, as far.as I know one of the benefits of finishing top 4 was your game was suppose to be one of the first ones so the the loser had an advantage of at least having a longer break than the bottom 4 teams.

Congrats and thank you to Jonas. For a rookie pick we couldn’t of asked for anymore, most certainly not a pretty footballer bit you knew you got 100% from week in week out and he’d always put his bodily on the line and maybe sometimes over that line for the team. Considering he has always been fighting above his height and we’ve done him no favours over the years with getting him taller support ive always thought he’s done an amazing job for us even though this year age has caught up with him. Thanks Tommy been the ultimate team man over your career. 🥊
