I like it. I guess it will never happen though. Finishing last should be an embarrassment. The Blues had never won a wooden spoon in 105 years until 2002 which was something of pride. Been an embarrassment ever since and I hate that last is automatically rewarded with the first pick.

Getting rid of hit the post should be pretty straight forward and acceptable imo. However, I don’t think we want to see players tapping the ball in for a goal. It has to be a kick.

The pre finals bye will be perfect for us. The momentum is starting to soften with a couple of close wins and that loss would be coming. Time to refresh and regroup for that last charge.

Brave call. All top 5 teams have their flaws. All things being equal I’d put them on the one line. But the double chance and home ground advantage puts some ahead of others.

I thought the Treloar recruitment was a wtf moment at the time and I’m sure many others did. The only reason I could think of was Dunkley was already considered a lost cause ?

Is it really ? You’ve needed defenders for so many years but hey let’s take another midfielder instead. Perhaps a bit more work into keeping Dunkley would have paid a much better return. Dogs so close yet so far when it’s so critical to get those decisions right. At least they’ve got 2016 but that’s already starting to feel like a lifetime ago. Missed opportunities !

Our coaching selections have been poor. Vossy looked on shaky ground earlier this year, but maybe some good learnings will come out of it. Hoping it was like a Cats Bomber Thompson moment circa 2007 😁 . Mad Mick wanted his golden child Daisy Thomas at the expense of Eddie.
