Completely fine with the Sharks playing at their home field, it was earned.

On the monetary side though didn’t come out last year that the gate is split in some way amongst the league?

If that is the case then the Sharks should contribute the gap to a either a full completed Sharks park, sorry points bet stadium, or the alternative venue.

They’re going to reap the reward of it being completed so the league shouldn’t have to share is costs whilst it’s under construction. I doubt they’d blink at the amount (though I’m sure they’d challenge it on principle with a cheque already signed)

So you think the priority of facilities should kick off with a stadium?
All for better facilities to help with growth but Parramatta already has the population and better organic and created infra to service a stadium.
Whilst penrith might be growing it’s too far from much of the existing population to make sense for an early choice of stadiums.
It’s main issues are also the local council has ignored advice at every turn, giving a large project sounds like a great way to minimise that impact.
If a multi use destination stadium is important a growth area should leave a site that can be redeveloped.

Not really homebush is a dead site with no real local commerce or population.
There’s congestion issues and public transport issues.
Parramatta has a mini cbd going on.

Yeah but if You’re O’Brien winning a finals game gives you probably 2-3 losses more leeway if things go wrong next year.

One I do think the 90s Sri lankans deserve the credit more than modern England but..

Yep, if you have talent and experience deficit you need to redefine how the game is won. Probably won’t work… but trying to beat a team at something that they’re better and more well drilled at is less probable

Well the first post I think is deplorable, the defence of it nonsensical.

But now I’m just seeing if you’ve got the integrity to actually back up your, thus far fake, nonchalance.

If this was really something you wouldn’t waste your time on, or didn’t care about, then you’d stop.

The same guy that has a fit about how deeply passionate nsw players are thinks it obvious that a club would risk the premiership for cash?

Give an advantage in the finals to finishing 1st and people will try.

Lack of care factor over NRL minor premiership is embarrassing but almost impossible to solve perennial problem

I disagree completely, the last two games he played prior to being dropped he was a shell.

He was indecisive and all over the shop in attack.

The break didn’t “make him” but it’s let him go back to being him. If he hadn’t gotten injured at training it would have been a foot note.

He sure looked like a happy camper in the past two games, so not sure how from the outside looking in you claim poor treatment.

It’s pretty much management 101 to remove less experienced people from a situation where you feel they’re failing because they’re overwhelmed.
