Yeah I thought the Scotland scrum matched them, and I watched our boys demolish the Scotland scrum in Edinburgh, so with Bell and TTT, I am feeling optimistic about scrum time. What I am unsure about is what style of game plan we are going to play. We have played two promising halves of rugby in 5 games. The rest has been poor.

An enjoyable read Christy.
I will say this, if we don’t have a kicker who can kick over 80%, we won’t get past the quarter final. It doesn’t happen. You need the kicker at 80%. It beggars belief the person who helped guide us to a series win against France, Noah L who’s kicking is tremendous, isn’t near the squad. This is where I hate the pigheadedness’ of Jones.

Classy comments from Samu. He’s just shown himself to be 10 x the man Jones is. I can’t believe he is not in the squad and an injured Josh Kemeny is. Eddie is going to see us go out in the pool stage.

Great stuff Fiji. Nothing better than seeing England get done. Fingers crossed we meet them in the quarters but to be fair I fancy Samoa and Argies to get out of that group.

Yeah but the rankings are fickled, a bit over 12 months ago we were third. We lost by the bounce of the ball too against Ireland, France and NZ in past 10 games, we won those and we’d be top 3 again.

Yeah I feel like this knee-jerk reaction to play the kids after the boks pumped us and we lost a close one to the argies, was too little too late at that point. He should have just played the kids from day 1, they’d have 5 tests in them after the french game plus the Oz A Vs Tonga game.
