Fresno County Blossom Trail
Around mid-February each year, dramatic bursts of pink and white fluttering petals bloom along a driving path of nearly 70 miles. This breathtaking scene is known as the Fresno County Blossom Trail. The trail takes its dreamy form sometime mid-February each year and wraps up around end of March.
In celebration of this magical scene, there are bunches of festivals and special events, including a 10k and the Kings River Blossom Trail Bike Ride.
Take selfies or professional family photos with an almost make-believe backdrop, walk through the ocean of color, sit back and enjoy the leisurely drive with nothing but petals in sight, or enjoy the view from one of the several stops along the trail—including Simonian Farms, Circle K Ranch, or Hillcrest Farm.
With the end of blossom season, and in what seems to be the blink of an eye, a new trail—the Fresno County Fruit Trail is brought into fruition. Where there was once a delicate blossom, there is now a delicious piece of fruit. Drive along the same country roads to experience an entirely new scene.
Engage in the multi-sensory experience by purchasing the newly-picked fruit and other locally produced goods at the many stops along the way. It’s a farm-to-table experience like no other!
Found here in the county that produces more food than anywhere else in the nation.
Use this map to plan attractions to check out on your scenic drive along the Fresno County Blossom Trail.
