Dropped player had alcohol problem.
Dropped player started a fight in the change rooms.
Dropped player actually didn’t have a problem, just a media beat up.

Of course truth really messes up the narrative here doesn’t it?

I’m surprised Cipriani can remember anything from that period of time. Or accurately for that matter.

Of course surprise surprise he has no axe to grind. Meanwhile players with more congenial history rate him as one of the best coaches they’ve ever played under.

I have a lot of respect for McKay and Heenan seems to have chops too but it’s time for a fresh coaching start for The Reds. We don’t know of either were sacked or chose other opportunities.

The most we can expect is they give it their all and play their best Rugby. The most we can hope for is we are in front at the end of the game.

It’s a young team with some real potential but I feel the World Cup has come a year too soon for them. They will all grow from this experience though and can imagine this core group of young fellas have a bright future.
