Hmmm… Your, You’re, Yaw and Yore, all valid words. but they have different meanings.
When you are trying to think which of those should have been used, can I suggest you also think about your comment that “Your team owns you thats why they pay you the money you get you are an investment not an experiment.”
Slavery and bondage isn’t acceptable in any workplace.

May have been technically correct, but what ever rule approves of it, needs to be seriously reconsidered.

Great article Danielle.
Having a qualified rules expert in the commentary box is an excellent idea.
If I wanted a specialist opinion from some-one who spent most of their life running around chasing a ball, I’d just ask my dog.

I notice that a lot of the stuff about the Munster potential trade, seems to track back to Braith Anasta.
Begs the question:
What percentage of a player contract, does the manager pocket?
If Munster was to forgo the massive dollar incentives to move camp, and play the loyalty card to stay with Storm, would the manager clap him on the back and say “Well Done”, or grimace at the missed opportunity of a nice cut?

Ash Barty was put under enormous pressure going into the final.
The media hype and fans expectations, had gone totally ballistic.
The poor girl was on a hiding to nothing if she didn’t win.
Very reminiscent of the stress that was thrust upon Cathy Freeman, going into her Olympic final just over 20 years ago.
It takes a lot of inner strength to overcome all that, and show your true character by letting natuaral talent rise to the top.
Just like Cathy, Ash is a true champion.

Perhaps prior to the Storm game, he told his players “If you can beat them, I’ll reward you with a weekend off”…That incentive of not having to put their bodies on the line for another afternoon of physical torture, inspired the lads to play well beyond their normal lacklustre performances, and actually topple the ladder leaders. After the week off, they will be back for their first crack at this years Finals.
To encourage them to win that, I wonder if the same reward will be offered?

A call on his playing future? It’s also a call on his career, income and the future lifestyle of family.
It is indeed a massive decision.
Obviously he needs some professional advice and guidance from medical experts, financial advisors,
personal managers and a good mentor.
Fortunately, He can just call Gus to get all that expertise.
